The person who came out to do the initial assessment was very friendly and professional. However when talking to the office, the lady was very rude. My mother is a medicaid customer and when I called to talk to the manager she told me I had to talk to her. Then later when I called with questions she said she did not have to talk to me, only to my mother's care coordinator, even though it is my house and I am my mother's POA. The way she talks to me, I feel like she wants me to know that rebath is doing me a favor and that I should be grateful for whatever the outcome is. She does not validate any of my concerns or questions. She actually told me a few minutes ago when I asked about an outlet that was removed if it could be replaced, that rebath has already gone outside their scope of practice on our behalf and they have not complained. Like they have reason to complain and not me.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe it is just medicaid people they treat like 2nd class citizens. Even one of the workers abruptly walked away when I asked about the outlets, saying that now I tell him about the outlet and complained about how long the job is going to take. It is not a good feeling when you have to defend even the right to ask questions about work being performed in your house that they are being compensated for.
