A Re-bath installer came to install a tub liner. When he left, I noticed that not only his work was sub-par, but he cracked a marble tile
on the floor. It took three days before I got a returned phone call. Their manager, Sandy, in NY was arrogant, nasty and abusive to me
on the phone. He treated me like I was a low-class citizen. The office is extremely rude and obnoxious as well. I cannot even start to tell
you how upset I am. I would never use them again. Professional? Not.
