Rebath came out to my home and changed out my old bathtub to a walk in shower. Our old tub functioned fine, but looked terrible. The sales representative assured me it would look great and function perfectly with a lifetime warranty. Although the cost seemed high, we decided it would be best for another company to handle this remodel portion of our home. At first the unit looked great, but within two weeks we had water leaking under our linoleum.

I called the local Rebath company and was told someone would be out to look at it in three days, no sooner! After having to wait three days, the man told us the leak wasn't their fault. I mean we've never had a leak with this tub area in 15 years and two weeks after they change out the plumbing it leaks, ruins our floors and suddenly it is our fault. We tried to call a plumber for a second opinion but he is stating he can see where it is leaking without tearing out part of the shower of which he can't fix and would void our so called warranty. We are not happy.
