"We resent Re-Bath, LLC, the franchiser of the national Re-Bath franchise system, and their Re-Bath franchisee in Colorado Springs. Considering the problems that we have had with Dave Fleming and that franchise, we are not surprised to find the Cease & Desist letter was the response from Re-Bath Corporate." We received a cease and desist letter from Re-Bath in response to our detailed letter of complaint concerning the Re-Bath office in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Why would we NOT resent Re-Bath, LLC., for such a response. We complain and Re-Bath responds with "In your face, asshole". Who would not be offended by such a response? An employee or manager at Re-Bath, perhaps? shhIT could tell us if he/she had the intestinal fortitude to be identified. That is why we responded in this manner.
