PLAINTIFF: Tiffany Design is engaged in the production and wholesale distribution of videos, calenders, posters, postcards and other novelty items to vendors in and around Las Vegas.

DEFENDANT : Reno-Tahoe Specialty, Inc., produces similar products for sale throughout the State of Nevada.

Dispute over enhanced images of the Las Vegas strip.
