Parts of the handbook, as of January 2008, has been reproduced here. It is aimed at Idaho residents so the references to the court addresses, the bar association, etc, are for Idaho ONLY. Keep that in mind. If you are not in Idaho you will have to look up the information for your state. Where feasible, the Idaho references have been omitted. Omitting them all would make the Handbook unreadable. To read the Handbook on-line, go to http://www.id.uscourts.gov/pro-se.htm. References to some Local Rules have been abreviated. The Local Rules cited are those of Idaho courts and yours will be different. While this Handbook was written for Idaho residents, most of the procedures will apply to any court in the federal circuit.

There is a glossary on the web site (http://www.id.uscourts.gov/glossary.htm#top) that you can use for reference.
