Date: Sun, 29 May 2011 11:51:00 -0700 To: karen@tabberone.com From: diana@redmoongardens.com to the master spinners ... i must really compliment you on your skills regarding the time and energy you have give the hall of shame list ... it must have seemed like childs play after winning your disney case ... i guess if disney is ineffective dealing with you what chance do the digitizers have ... they certainly cant afford a good lawyer a lot of us are retired ... using our income from our websites to supplement our social security checks and the younger ones are using that extra money to support their families ... it does put food on the table and pay bills i can only speak for myself ... since i am on your hall of shame list ... you have definitely redefined the word shame for me ... i personally never used the tracking program but said i did to hopefully scare off the type of "sharers" that resell the designs ... sharing i have accepted is a lost cause ... the horse is out of the barn and its not going back in ... its pointless to chase after them ... what disturbs me are the people that buy the design and then make a nice profit reselling i joined glenns group for moral support on the issue ... we all work long hours and invest a lot into our websites ... i suspect that other names on that list did the same thing i did ... put your name out there to keep the wrong people away from your site ... the same way some people place a security label on their front door but actually do not have a system ... as far as your comment that they have the right to use these designs for non-commercial purpose ... now as digitizers we really have no way of knowing if they are doing that or not the reason i personally think no one was actually using the tracking program is that no one had any questions about the program within the group which is a bit unusual because there is always some who doesnt understand a program ... i am very aware of who the other digitizers are and they are to my knowledge pretty decent people with good reputations ... your list has eliminated 95% at least of my yahoo business ... nothing will scare people more than suggesting there is a possibility that we were misusing the program for nefarious reasons ... excellent pitbull tactic well ... i was taught to stand up when you knew you were right ... i now know what that can cost you ... how i see this ... you protect people who share ... therefore protecting the resellers and the people that produced the products should just lay down and take it or you will ruin their businesses ... well you did it ... as a fellow american you should definitely take the american flags off your own website ... you misrepresent what it stands for keep up the good work ... in a couple of years there will be no need for your tactics because there will not be many digitizers to abuse ... they will find other ways of selling their designs than online ... but then pitbulls are never short of targets also ... i am willing to bet you dont publish this letter in total and unedited ... also ... kharma is real ... i wouldnt want to be you if it decides to pay you a visit ... good luck to you ... its not every day i get to witness people that so proudly defend the the unashamed ...
