According to federal law a disclaimer must be readily available for view at the time of the purchase. You state it is on the inside of a sealed package. As stated in the auction it was for a sealed DVD. A sealed DVD has a higher value to a collector. There is no disclaimer on the package itself.

The warning to which you refer is not legal or binding when someone lawfully acquires the DVD. From what I understand these were given as unsolicited gifts, nothing in copyright law prohibits these from being sold.

I am not violating any federal copyright laws since I did not COPY this.

As such I demand that you contact eBay and remove the warning from my record. I will be relisting this DVD since the sale of it violates no federal laws. The fact that you don't want it sold doesn't really carry any weight.
