However... Michele Hanson at Timberland will call her legal dogs off me if I do the following: 1. don't use Tim, Timgirl, Timberland, Timb, or anything like that. 2. I have to mail Timberland my boxes as those boxes have the Timgirl logo which is purportedly similar to that of Timberland. 3. Timgirl's attorney told me in essence, it's not a fight I want. 4. Gil at Timgirl will reimburse me for the cost of new boxes. 5. The boots themselves have NO name on them and I did send photos to Michele at Timberland, who was satisfied that they do not infringe themselves. I have to go box hunting now. This is soooooo stupid.
