Grey markey goods do not include goods that are legally in the US and legally acquired. You have no proof otherwise.

Grey market goods are US products intended for sale overseas that find their way back to the US.

And, you cite the wrong court case. In Quality King, the Supreme Court specifically stated grey markets goods were not illegal with Justice Stevens, who wrote the opinion, citing the First Sale Doctrine.

Your illegal action has defamed my home-based business and cost me a sale. It also places my eBay staus in limbo as I could be suspended for future auction shutdowns. I am preparing a counter notice for eBay to challenge the auction termination so I can relist the tires.
