Subject: VPS Notice: WARNING - eBay VeRO Program - Powerseller Follow-Up - karen@tabberone.com

Dear tabberone (karen@tabberone.com),

This letter is a follow-up reminder to go over your recently removed listing, which was ended through eBay's VeRO Program at the request of the Legal Content Holder, as well as the current eBay Policies regarding eBay's VeRO Program.

As you know, eBay neither handles the listing items nor possesses sufficient information to make judgments regarding their legality or authorized nature. Accordingly, we rely upon receiving from Verified Rights Owners requests to end listings which substantially comply with federal law. Your listing was ended because we received a Notice of Infringement.

We are notifying you by email that your listing in violation was ended earlier this week by eBay. The fees for your listing have been credited and the bidders have been notified.

If you have made a good faith effort to resolve the situation with the rights owner with the contact information sent in your original ended auction notice, but have been unable to do so, you may contact us by replying to this email.

We ask that you do "NOT" relist any item or auction that was ended, or it could result in the suspension of your account.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for working with us on this important matter.

Regards,
