Legal Links!
One major problem with links is that in time they disappear. Page references change, sites stop supporting something for another item more current, sites disappear, etc.

These links appear to be useful informational sites. Since every case is different, many links are included to add some depth and hopefully meet your specific needs. If the link is to a large site, the link will be to that site. If the link to a specific page and that page, or news item, looks really good, we will "clone" the page so it never goes away (that is, we will faithfully reproduce the page noting that that has in fact been done).

Anyone having links they feel should be added, please let us know and we will follow the links and determine if the are relevant. These links are provided as informational links for public use. We do not, and cannot, attest to their validity. We present these as public information.

One of the more valuable resources is finding case law that fits your needs. there's nothing more potent than being able to throw chapter and verse at a threatening lawyer.
