Subject: Terminated auction/reply 2

You have not responded to my last email. Trademark law plainly states that no one can trademark a commonly used phrase. Your company should have registered "Shabby Chic Furnishings" or "Shabby Chic Products" but instead chose "Shabby Chic" which is a generic term. You do not own the rights to a generic term. Only when the term is used in a way that creates the impression of sponsorship would it be infringing.

I demand that you immediately recind the auction termination and that you inform eBay to remove any black marks from my record.
