We do not use this GIF for "commercial gain" but for the commercial gain of USPS. Tabberone is easily the largest customer the Hartsel Post Office has. If Andrea Poole, AdorableDecor / TinyTotsNTeens, feels Tabberone is "breaking" federal law, report us. A lot of animated GIFs are public domain because the creators openly relinquish their claims to them.
