Subject: Hall of Shame/reply From: "Andrea Poole" tinytotsnteens@cox.net Date: Fri, Nov 02, 2007 6:40 pm To: Karen@tabberone.com You are in violation of using my "adorable Decor" banner depicting photos of my daughter who is a minor which is in (sic) endangering the welfare of a minor and you do not have permission to do so. You do not have permission to use my name, my store name, my website name either and doing so is also infringing on my trademarks. Once I register a DOMAIN name, you may not use it, whole in part, this you must also be familiar with. You might want to refresh your knowledge on the laws my dead (sic) as everything you have posted on your webpage is considered defamatory and libel and we WILL seek legal action against you if it's not removed by November 7th. We have contacted our JAG lawyer regarding our rights and will take this as far a we can. What you are doing is illegal, harassing and stealing MY banner with photos of my daughter is also against the law. We have taken a person to court for doing the same thing and WON the case with substantial damages in our favor and we will do it again. The ball is in your court, you have until November 7th to comply. Thank you
