First, we were nice and polite when we asked you to kindly remove our banner and email address from your website. And you replied with nasty comments and rude remarks. How is this going to make you look in front of a government court? Oh yes, I said government court, because since my husband is united states military, and technically you are harassing US, you will go in front of a government court. We have already spoken to his chain of command and given them all the emails you sent us as well as copies of your website, so yes we do have a libel case against you as well as a harassment case. What on your website is true? The links to my auction pictures? Sure! Personally I think you are jealous. Jealous to the extent that you sit at home all day selling cheap Walmart fabric from your home because you can't go out and get a real paying job because you have no skills. You maintain a petty website bashing companies because you took THEIR work, tried to make a profit from it and then decided to make it a hobby by taking them to court for fun to see who would win. It would have been easier to contact them as I did, ask for rights permission and pay a fee each month for "fair use" of their designs and still make a profit. Now, in regards to your "emails" that you claim to have received from me? Wrong. Where are the actual emails with headers? Oh wait, they dont EXIST! Why is that? because they were fabricated by YOU in your little fantasy world. All of this is out of pure jealousy because someone makes more money then (sic) you. Now in regards to my suspension, I was suspended for 7 days. And no it was not for infringing, I was hit for keyword spamming and fee avoidance because I had ONE little sentence on my auctions that someone obviously didn't like. Then I could not access my paypal account because it was hijacked so it took another 10 days to pay my seller fees...honey, you couldn't AFFORD my seller fees. After my reinstatement of my account, to PROTECT myself, I faxed over rights documents to ebay in case my listings became questionable. I have rights from United Media to sell Snoopy because I obtained them from Bedtime Originals who makes the Snoopy Bedding. I have rights from Lambs and Ivy, Kidsline, Brandee Danielle, and I could go on for days but I won't waste anymore of my time. As far as my previous lawsuit goes, yes we sued someone from taking my banners and my work and even photos of my children who put them up on myspace. Myspace would not remove them without a court order which we obtained. We sued the individual for posting our personal information on a google blog as well as personal email addresses and other real life information. Because you OWN the website, you will be leld liable. You have no truth to back up your claims on your website, you have no emails with headers, just "quotes"...we have 2 rude emails from you stating you will not remove the content we asked you to. You have continuously posted private emails which is against the law and no "fair use" law will back you up. You have dug yourself a deep hole at this point so my suggestion to you is get out while you can still see light or suffer the consequences. You will have to pay YOUR own airfare to get out here to court and all of OUR legal fees because you don't have a chance in hell of winning this one, according to my husband's chain of command.
