I must be seeing things if you wasted time and money to send me this generated piece of crap. If anyone has committed Defamation, it is YOU. You started by stealing MY COPYRIGHTED work from my ebay store..ie my TRADEMARKED banner "AdorableDecor" depicting the images of my one year old, thus then posting fake and fabricated ebay messages and emails stating they came from me...when I asked for proof, you have not provided any. THEN, stealing my TRADEMARKED banner "Tinytotsnteens" as well. You posted on your website many defamatory remarks against me and my company. and YOU want an apology for things "I" said on a website blog? Where is my apology for the tons of lies you wrote about me on your website? Do you realize what you are doing is the SAME thing you have accused me of doing in your letter? I run a BUSINESS dear. You are no more important then the other sellers and companies that you continuiously bash on a daily basis on your website. You can hold your breath if you are expecting an apology from me. No judge in the WORLD would touch your defamation suit with a 10-ft pole as we have proof this was all started by YOU. We have already spoken to legal representation regarding your letter, which was pretty much laughed at and shredded for kitty litter. Until I, yes, I get a formal apology and PROOF of those emails you have on your website, ( as you have said in your 1st email and I am only quoting you), you can take your cease and desist letter and shove it up your ass. Also, we are NOT bound by California law as we are NOT residents of the state of California. If you would like to pursue this further and suffer humiliation, we can certainly give you the number of my husband's chain of command and you can discuss this with them, as they will tell you the same as I have, that YOU are the one harassing us, members of the United States Military and employees of the United States government, and YOU will have to remove ALL of my content and every deflamatory remark off your website. Also, we find it interesting that you acquired my husband's name, a member of the Department of Defense; I'm sure any judge you want to bring your "case" before would find that very interesting of how you came about this information. All in all, you started this, you put this b.s. up on your website, you put MY DAUGHTER on your crap hate website, YOU broke the law. You are just a bitter old maiden and have nothing to do with your life but try to get attention from other people however you can, kind of like a lonely pre-teen. If you want to do what you say do it, jabbering on does nothing but give you attention from others. Send an official letter and an official letter will be returned. Till then, this pre-school he said she said crap is over. My time giving you attention is over. I'm going to spend the holidays with my family, and leave us alone or else we will bring you up on harassment. Do I make myself clear?
