The "blog" was NOT a public blog and could not be searched. It could only be viewed by those who had a direct link to it. Unless YOU provided the link, I am not responsible at all for your reputation. The follwing ip addresses ( which I find amusing) are the ones that posted on the blog:
75.104.96.39 Which I do have documented proof of..those ip addresses are YOURS. You see, each computer terminal has a unique ip address, and unless you are using AOL, which you are not, your ip address is unique. You used 2 different computers to post on the blog. So I am not retracting anything that was stated on the blog, as it was never public, was not viewable by anyone unless YOU send the link, which I do have record of who posted there and who viewed it with my hidden page counter since it logs the ip addresses. This evidence is emmissable (sic) in court and you will lose your case. If this mattter is persued further, we will countersue for harassment, defamation of character and libel since you still have untrue statements posted on your website without documented proof ( DOCUMENTED proof emmissable (sic) in court is email with ip addresses and full headers, otherwise it's considered anonymous email and cannot be prosecuted. |
