Mr. and Mrs. Poole came to me for advice and I am in the process of helping them compile information and documentation for a deposition that will be filed at a later date. My law firm will not be representing them as they have chosen to be represented by the United States Navy. Some advice to you, though, Mr. and Mrs. Poole have asked for documented proof in regards to the statements made on your website. Upon a court order, you will need to furnish this proof stating that it is fact or otherwise remove it. You will need the corresponding emails, with return receipts, email headers and ip addresses as required by law to prove your case. Also, a note to the wise, defamation and libel suits are very hard to prove in a court of law. My friends have a very strong case against you. If they didn't, they would not be going through the extent they have gone through. I have read your emails and your website and I will be acting as a witmess on their behalf. If you have not already done so, I would consult an attorney regarding this matter. It would not be advisable to represent yourself as you have done in the past. Any wise attorney would tell you to remove the damaging comments off your website.
