But, as we said, threatening us with a lawsuit for defamation isn't going to scare us. You don't listen well, do you? Perhaps your new selling ID should be “TinyBrainTinyIQ” instead of “TinyTotsNTeens”? First, YOU posted the pictures of YOUR daughter on the internet; not us. We only mimicked your listings for all to see. If anyone is guilty of endangering the welfare of a minor, it is you, not us. Second, again, we do not need, nor does federal law require, we have permission from you to use the information under “fair use”. Look it up, doofus. Try saying it s-l-o-w-l-y; fair use. Fair use. Try it again, one more time. Fair use. No permission required. Third, what we said is true and therefore not defamatory. You were, and still are, in our opinion, infringing. Show us the court case you claim you won. We doubt you have sued or won as you claim. Show us the law suit and the settlement. And now you admit you were suspended from eBay? For what? Let us guess - trademark and/or copyright infringement! You posted a message telling people you had a payment problem? Another lie? Why wait until November 7th?
