But he will take credit for the "time" required to do the letter from scratch. Form letters are notorious for being short on specifics such as who, what, where and when. But that is why they are form letters. A really serious cease and desist letter will cite specifics and include proof. These extortion form letters will rarely result in any court actions but they do make the corporate lawyer pad his/her activity log.
