"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing"
Edmund Burke

Warranties are not at the whim of the manufacturer. They are regulated by state and federal law. For example, under Colorado law, there is an implied warranty that the goods shall be fit for such purpose for which they are sold. So, if you were to purchase beauty products, or received them as a gift, and decided you did not want them, and tried to sell them on eBay, an implied warranty would logically follow these products. Simply because something is sold on the internet does not negate the warranty nor does it negate the obligation of the manufacturer to stand by the quality of the product. Secondary market control attempts again. This is a lie.
