Defamation is a state tort which would require you to travel to Colorado to file a law suit. And to prevail you will have to show that we are lying, or more simply, misquoting you. Because you will find that quoting a person and then stating ones opinion falls under the category of protected speech. What you appreciate and do not appreciate is not our concern. We quoted you accurately in all three locations in which you are named. We then state our opinions. And being called stupid is not actionable under any state or federal law that we have seen, even if we had called you stupid. Your business name is not associated with the web site. It is mentioned.
