I posted an item on ebay listed as:
Creative Imaginations 8x8 album with a Magical Memories Theme

Do you see anything wrong with that?

CM had ebay pull my item because they say it is infringing on their rights and intellectual property.

If anyone knows the album I am talking about...it's red and has Magical memories on a label on the front of the album made by Creative Imaginations.

I responded that it was in no way their item and they had a paralegal send me a letter today telling me that I was trying to sway the search engines to get CM users to buy my album and am using the two words C&*$$%#$%&#$ and M$%^*&^$$@#% to bring attention to my product. I am sorry but there are 350 pages of THEIR product listed. I don't want mine to get lost in theirs.

I know a while back that you couldn't post any CM product at all and now you are allowed but NO ONE else can use those two terms in a sentence?

GIVE ME A BREAK!

I am certainly glad that I no longer use their product and any residual product I will find in my stash will certainly go straight in the trash.

Any thoughts on this?

Remember...please refrain from using THOSE TWO WORDS IN A SENTENCE because god knows the trouble you can get in!
