"place you in jeopardy" This sentence makes no sense at all. If the recipient wasn't violating any laws, why send a threatening letter? The statement that "Your activities with respect to (client) place you in jeopardy of violating these various laws" isn't consistent with the statement that the recipient is violating the law. Sounds stupid.
