Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a little confused about your first paragraph:

"First, the T-shirt you used was either completely counterfeit or it was infringing, at best. The way the logo appears on the front of the shirt makes me suspect this was never an authorized shirt. In any event, the back of the shirt had our logo with text relating to a Florida business inside of it, which is never authorized under any circumstance. So, even if it was an authorized shirt to begin with, the design on the back made it unsaleable."

Are you saying that only a single [said] Florida business had been licensed by Harley Davidson to sell t-shirts with the logo on it, and that a genuine HD product would have their specific business text along side the HD logo? After I cut the original t-shirt up, I only used the back of it for the front of my DIY shirt. Thank you for your clarification and prompt response.
