The problem that we are having with Red Monkey Company is that the name Red Monkey is a registered trademark that is owned by me, Torry Pendergrass. They are illegally using our Red Monkey name and creating confusion for many buyers/sellers. The fact that the names are the same and that they use a similar Red Monkey logo (also registered) is cause for clear confusion. Again, for those you who are confused: This is not a case of whether you are selling legitimate jeans or not. This is a case of illegal use of a name that is owned and trademarked by my company and me. RMC (Red Monkey Company) are using the name illegally. Everyone selling these jeans on Ebay will be addressed as quickly as Ebay can get to them. If your auction was pulled and someone else's wasn't, rest assured, they will be.
