"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing"
Edmund Burke

Copyrighted Containers? Are you serious? You can't copyright a container, you idiot! Oh, that's right. You're not a lawyer. Sorry, you're not an idiot, you're a moron. A container, like a Coke bottle, can acquire "secondary meaning" through extensive use and public recognition but not just because Patricia Urban says so.

Are you practicing thought without a brain? Did you take law at all? Fair use under copyright law specifically allows the use of pictures. See 17 U.S.C. 113(c):

"In the case of a work lawfully reproduced in useful articles that have been offered for sale or other distribution to the public, copyright does not include any right to prevent the making, distribution, or display of pictures or photographs of such articles in connection with advertisements or commentaries related to the distribution or display of such articles, or in connection with news reports."
