To: eileen.goldstein@warnerbros.com I understand that some of my listings for some Harry Potter fabric items were cancelled. I have purchased this fabric at a retail outlet and paid full price. According to legal advice I have obtained, when I purchase this material at full retail price I purchase a use license and as long as I do not represent this item as a licensed product then I can sew it up and sell it. If you are going to cancel my auctions, I suggest you cancel the other auctions also listing Harry Potter items. If you shut down my auctions you better shut down these. I also suggest that you do a search on harry potter +fabric and see everybody else. This uneven enforcement of copyright laws needs to stop otherwise I will start legal proceedings.
