| Sevenarts and CVFA lose jurisdiction appeal! On January 28, 2008, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Sevenarts and CVFA concerning jurisdiction. Sevenarts Ltd,
a British Corporation, was sued by Tabberone on December 12, 2005, for terminating
two of her auctions on eBay. Tabberone welcomes Sevenarts, Ltd to the
Trademark & Copyright Abusers' Hall Of Shame.

Tabber's Temptations ™ found it necessary to take "Da Mouse" to court in the Federal District Court for Colorado,
alleging that Disney interferred with business by terminating auctions by Tabberone that were selling fabric items made from
licensed Disney fabric. Disney has agreed in writing to leave us alone.
