We've had a licensing agreement with a company. They are quite specific in how they want their name represented.
If you actually have permission then you would have to use the name properly and you wouldn't be still be doing
the "inspired by". ( no not true...and this lady knows the laws?...we have permission to reproduce their designs
but we are not allowed to list them as authentic or use brand-names in our listings since the companies do not
