Subject: Harassing Emails From: Brandon Poole butane350@hotmail.com Date: Wed, Dec 26, 2007 1:32 pm To: karen@tabberone.com We have continuously asked you to stop harassing us. I have blocked your emails from all of our accounts because you are stressing out my wife, whom I might add did nothing to you. You started all of this, by slandering her and our business on your hateful website. You have posted false information, phoney (sic) emails and information about my employment, where we live and photos of my youngest daughter. You continue to harass my wife with repeat emails and putting more "hateful" and despicable information on your website everyday, to which you "claim" is not threatening or harassment, defamatory or slanderous in any way, shape or form. May I ask who your lawyer is that you seek advice from, that tells you what you are doing is legal? We don't have to provide or furnish any information to you in regards to our actions, present or future. We have been advised to save all emails and to end all communication with you regarding this matter. We have saved and screenshotted every page on your website and provided it to my chain of command. I really don't understand why you think what you are doing does not fall under any defamation, slander or harassment suit. You are slandering a BUSINESS. If we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that we have lost money from the time you added our business till now ( which is June, 2006), you will be responsible for damages and loss of wages. If we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this stress has caused my wife to have hypertension and heart problems, ulcers and panic attacks at which she has recently been put on medication since YOU started harassing her, you will be responsible for damages and medical costs.
You have the opportunity to free yourself from any future problems by removing ALL of our content from your website.
If this is not done, we will proceed with a lawsuit. We are still gathering information and getting depositions from the
doctors regarding her health. This petty bull@#$%
The only time you will hear from anyone on this side again is when we formally file our case if it comes down to it.
I strongly recommend that you take everything into consideration, read what you have wrote on your own website and ask
yourself again if you are still doing anything wrong.
I have shown everything to 2 lawyers, and my whole
chain of command up to my Commander and they have all agreed that you are committing slander, defamation of character and harassment.
I am leaving for an underway on December 28th and will not be returning until January 18th.
My chief and myself will review your website on January 18th. If anymore emails, information is added and the existing is not removed, we will begin legal proceedings.
