Who is this person? Why he was Barbie's lawyer for years. WAS. She shafted him and his partner, John M Stinar, for big bucks. Their web site is located at http://www.stinarlaw.com/. Its STINAR & ZENDEJAS LAW, 102 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
In her bankruptcy, Barbara Robbims listed Stinar Law as a creditor for the sum of $41,000. That's a lot of shafting.
We nicknamed Jimmy Boy "10W-30" because of his grease-ball tactics. We also believe that besides "defending" Barbie, he suborned purjury during a court hearing. And we can support this belief based upon papers he submitted to the court withdrawing as counsel and the questions he asked in court. Bad Jimmy.
And, the Colorado Court of Appeals agreed with us that Jimmy slept through Constitutional Law, along with Judge Plotz.
On or about June 26, 2001, at the behest of his low-life clients, M James Zendejas sent a letter to a variety of folks involved with "our group", that is, those who were cheated by Barbara Robbins and NorthStar. This letter made vague threats about legal action. We never received one. Considering the fact no one who received one of these letters was involved in any illegal activities, just their exercise of free speech and a logical dislike of Barbara Robbins and NorthStar, his actions are, in our opinion, highly questionable and border-line unethical. Hey, but when did Jimmy ever let ethics prevent him from representing Barbie?
In the letter, M James Zendejas makes the statement that if the recipient is represented by counsel, to have counsel call him to discuss the matter. That would infer a willingness to explain his actions by telephone. Not so. One recipient called his office demanding to know why she had received the letter. Since Zendejas was not in, or pretending not to be in, she queried the persons on the telephone about what it was that she had done specifically to cause this letter to be sent to her. Not only did the office personnel not have an idea (not unexpected), but Zendejas has not ever bothered to take the time to return her call.
His refusal to return a call concerning a threatening letter he signed and mailed shows his level of slime. We feel 10W-30 personifies the stereotype of the cheap and cheesy lawyer.
This is precisely the purpose of censorship - not only to block unwanted views, but to keep the people who are unhappy from knowing how many millions of others share their unhappiness; to keep the dormant opposition from awakening to its own developing strength."
