Art Impressions
Cyber Cops
Hall Of Shame Members
Added May 27, 2008

Aside from their web site being under construction and the fact that as of this induction into the Tabberone Copyright and Trademark Abuser's Hall Of Shame, we really know very little about Art Impressions. What little we do know qualifies their enshrinement in these hallowed halls (hallowed halls because we say they are).

Brad Bailey represents Art Impressions Licensing who in turn represents (or represented) Springs Industries (the fabric manufacturers), who in turn owns the rights to Blue Jean Teddy. Brad Bailey began shutting down auctions with Blue Jean Teddy in them in August 2004. Why? He really didn't know but what the hell, why let a little thing like knowing what you're doing get in the way of harming innocent sellers?.

Art Impressions Licensing appears to be located at 23586 Calabasas Rd, Suite 210, Calabasas, CA 91302. Their web site is www.ArtImpressionsInc.com and is "under construction" as of this date, May 27, 2008. Bradley Bailey is the contact for Art Impressions Licensing at Brad@ArtImpressionsInc.com. Other employees, either present or at one time, are Cindy Bailey (CEO), Alison Kenny (COO, ??maybe she's a pigeon?), Stephanie Specht (accounting), Jennifer Ward (creative director -??a.k.a. gofer?), and Paul Castaneda (graphic designer - ??get those trash cans on your way out, Paul?). If the others are as clueless as Bad then this company has some real problems down the road.

As we have noted, any damn fool can start an internet company and talk some other fools into believing they can do what they claim. Cyber Cops are a good example of this. Why Brad Bailey would want to get involved in shutting down legitimate auctions when he didn't understand some basic concepts like the first sale doctrine and fair use is beyond comprehension. Maybe he was dropped on his head as a baby?
