When you read their answer you may initially get depressed. This is normal. Sit down, read it again. Begin listing what is not true and what you must combat.
After a while you will see all is not lost. Soon you will realize their case is weak.
Your reply will be in a similar format as your complaint. The header and opening paragraphs for example. Except, remember that you now have your case number
and you want to make sure it's in your header.
You will address any new issues they have raised or incorrect information. And, don't forget you must deny any counter-claims made by them.
The format will be similar to your complaint except you will not have to establsih jurisdiction or provide a historical background for the reply.
Don't forget to number your paragraphs.
Under federal rules you must file your reply within twenty days after receiving the answer.
