All of our items are not pre-made. Decals normally take 48 hours to complete, switch plates take 2-3 days to complete, set and dry. There are NO refunds on decals. In extreme circumstances, we will send out replacements, but we do not refund for buyer's remorse.  Clocks are shipped PRIORITY MAIL 3-4 days. Switch Plates and Decals are shipped FIRST CLASS unless otherwise stated. Please note that FIRST CLASS will take up to 10 DAYS depending on your location. ~*NEW SHIPPING SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY~* International packages ship Tuesdays and Thursdays. Within the United States, shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. ( Our post office is NOT local )  You will be informed by paypal shipping when your item has shipped. Decals are shipped with cardboard inserts to prevent bending. If your item arrives bent or creased, speak to your mail carrier or post office. We are NOT responsibile for items damaged in shipment. We will do everything necessary to make sure your item arrives safe and sound but there is only so much we can do and have no control over the USPS. We are also NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen. If you are concerned about possible damage, INSURANCE should be purchased. We do ship Internationally.
