This is the page for the Andrea Poole eBay Store AdorableDecor/TinyTotsNTeens as of September 20, 2010. Content has not been altered except to make it more readable. Irrelevant information and eBay advertising has been removed. She seems to be stuck on stupid concerning page layout and professionalism.

Home > eBay Stores > Tots Teens and Tweens> About the Seller

Thank you to 'whoever' reported my page with the scammer link on it. It's ok, it served its purpose as I have filed multiple claims with the USPS for mail fraud as well as contacting their local police dept for theft as advised by another ebay seller.

Real amusing to me how I seem to take up so much of someone's time so they can sit here, patrol my pages and report things to ebay. I wish I had that much free time!
Oh but don't fret, soon I'll be gone from ebay as well as many other sellers who are leaving due to the high volume of thieves and con artists.

Some commonly asked questions:

1. Why is the word "sample" written across the design? Will the stickers I receive have sample on them?

Answer: No, we do that to prohibit the use of our copyrighted work. It is illegal to duplicate our work.

1a.I think your designs are cute so I'll use them, it's like free advertising for your stickers, that's ok right?

Answer: You are kidding right? No seriously...are you?
This one made us laugh right out of our chair. You cannot "steal" or "copy" someone else's design off of ebay or the internet and use it legally to sell your products.
See US COPYRIGHT LAW
Just because you like it and think it's cute, you cannot use it without the copyright owner's permission. Period.
You cannot sell a tweety bird wall clock unless you are using licensed materials from Disney like fabric or craft stickers. Disney frowns upon the use of their licensed materials but someone can legally do that using the First Sale Doctrine within guidelines
First Sale

2. The image looks distorted online, why is that?

Answer: Again, to stop the use of image theft of our copyrighted designs. The product you receive will be full color and quality.

3. All of your items require immediate payment, how do I combine shipping?

Answer: You don't! (...just kidding :)..Purchase the items you need and send us a note stating you have purchased multiple items, we will then refund the shipping difference back to you.

4.Do you accept custom orders?

Answer: Yes, within limits.

We will not make something that is copyrighted. ie...Don't email us asking for a Pittsburgh Steelers switch plate or a Dora The Explorer wall clock.

I know thousands of them exist on ebay and in the public domain, but they are strictly copyrighted unless they are created using a licensed material like fabric or wallpaper.

Those you see using clipart, desktop wallpaper or just plain images that were found on search engines are not licensed materials and is considered infringing on the parties that created them

When you see items like this, ask the seller if he/she is using licensed materials? If not, report the items right away.

If you want a custom design made, like a polka dot pattern or a cute elephant, etc, contact us and we will let you know if we can make it.
