To 'whoever' reported my page with the scammer link on it - go to hell. I have filed multiple claims with the USPS for mail fraud as well as contacting their local police dept for theft as advised by another ebay seller because I am an idiot who does not face reality.

Real amusing to me how I seem to take up so much of someone's time (I mean YOU Tabberone) so they can sit here, patrol my pages and report things to ebay (even though they were infringing). I wish I had that much free time but the voices in my head keep me occupied chasing imaginary enemies!
Oh but don't fret, soon I'll be gone from ebay as well as many other sellers who are leaving due to the fact we lack creativity and if we cannot copy the work of others we will slowly go broke.

About Us
Specializing in custom copied room decor for kids.
Everything we sell is custom made, from cheap wall stickers and wall prints to switch and outlet covers, wall clocks and night lights.
Everything we make is designed by us but inspired by others, which is a fancy way of saying we copied it. We use image editors and art creating programs to modify the work of others hoping they will not find out we stole from them.
We do not copy or scan our images from any websites or use clipart for our work because that was too obvious in the past and we got busted, many times, so we stopped doing it, that is for the designs for which we got caught.
Our designs are STRICTLY copyrighted (we will pause here and wait for the laughter to subside) and cannot and should not be used or duplicated in any way, shape or form without prior consent but such constraints obviously do not apply to us.
We check ebay on a regular basis and if you are copying our designs, we will act in the manners described below:
1. I will have a hissy-fit, stomp my feet, curse and then make life more miserable for my family.
2. I will then threaten and demand that you remove and refrain from listing our designs
3. I will send you threatening emails pretending to be a paralegal
4. Submit false statements to ebay's VERO to have your listings removed, giving you a strike on your policy compliance dashboard
5. Multiple offenses will result in legal action after investigation by NCIS because I am a Navy wife
Tinytotsnteens and the images on our sites are copyrighted by law even those I stole.
If you have any questions regarding our items, please contact us so I can lie to you some more

Most questions can be answered by clicking on the FAQS link located within our store
We take custom orders, which means we will infringe on anything you want, please contact us at sales@tinytotsnteens.com
We will try and answer your request within 24 hours, please be patient, we receive a high volume of emails from the many voices in our head so it may take longer.

Some commonly asked questions that we have fabricated:

1. Why is the word "sample" written across the design? Will the stickers I receive have sample on them?

Answer: No, you flaming idiot, we do that to prohibit the use of our copied work. We tell that it is illegal to duplicate our work even though we copied most of it ourselves.

1a.I think your designs are cute so I'll use them, it's like free advertising for your stickers, that's ok right?

Answer: You are kidding right? No seriously...are you a moron?
This one made us laugh right out of our chair because we do exactly the same thing. You cannot "steal" or "copy" someone else's design off of ebay or the internet if they have stolen it first. We were first to copy it - it is ours!
See US COPYRIGHT LAW and spend hours looking for something that does not apply to us
Just because you like it and think it's cute, you cannot use it without the copyright owner's permission, like we did. Period.
You cannot sell a tweety bird wall clock unless you are using licensed materials from Disney like fabric or craft stickers. But that never stopped us. But you cannot. Disney frowns upon the use of their licensed materials but someone can legally do that using the First Sale Doctrine within guidelines
First Sale

2. The image looks distorted online, why is that?

Answer: Because I do not want you stealing my designs like I did. Go steal someone else's designs. Again, to stop the use of image theft of our copied designs. The product you receive will be full color and piss-poor quality.

3. All of your items require immediate payment, how do I combine shipping?

Answer: You don't! (...just kidding :)..Purchase the items you need and send us a note stating you have purchased multiple items, we will then refund the shipping difference back to you if you complain to us a dozen times or so first.

4.Do you accept custom orders?

Answer: Yes, within limits. Only if we can find the images to copy.

We will not make something that is copyrighted. ie...Don't email us asking for a Pittsburgh Steelers switch plate or a Dora The Explorer wall clock. We won't because we believe you are setting us up for infringement, not because we believe the law applies to us.

I know thousands of them exist on ebay and in the public domain, but they are strictly copyrighted unless they are created using a licensed material like fabric or wallpaper. I say this because I got caught making my own images. Boy, was that ever embarrassing.

Those you see using clipart, desktop wallpaper or just plain images that were found on search engines are not licensed materials and is considered infringing on the parties that created them. I know from experience.

When you see items like this, ask the seller if he/she is using licensed materials? If not, report the items right away like others did to me. If I got shut down so should they. If I cannot get away with it neither should they. Nail them.

If you want a custom design made, like a polka dot pattern or a cute elephant, etc, contact us and we will let you know if we can make it after we determine if you are not setting us up.
