Christopher & Banks, Inc., lists its address as being 2400 Xenium Lane North. Plymouth, Minnesota 55441. Their email is info@christopherandbanks.com. The Minnesota cold must be affecting their thought process, if they ever really had one.

Some lamebrain at Christopher & Banks named Stan Evavold, who calls himself the Director of Asset Protection, needs a lesson in trademark and copyright law. He's been in the woods a tich too long. He is thinking like a toadstool.

On November 10, 2005, he sent a Cease & Desist letter to someone on eBay who was selling Christopher & Banks merchandise "new with tags". What was his problem? The eBay seller was calling the Christopher & Banks merchandise "NEW".

We've encountered this occasionally before. Some corporate blowhard insisting that once the merchandise has left the store it can no longer be referred to as "NEW".

"In that Christopher & Banks/CJ Banks merchandise can only be purchased "new" from our company locations, we request that you immediately desist from identifying your items as "New with tags". Items on your site have been purchased from store locations and are no longer new. Use of this term is misleading and, may imply that you have access to our exclusive merchandise."

What? Stan Evavold, who calls himself the Director of Asset Protection for Christopher & Banks, needs to get a real job. Something really useful like pumping out porti-potties after a holiday concert since shoveling shit seems to come natural to him.

Stan Evavold is a pompous asshole! An unused item, even years later, still qualifies as "new" and nothing claimed by you concerning this will change that. Considering the fact you never followed through and terminated the auctions just supports our contention you are clueless and terminally stupid.
