“Wouldn’t it make you furious if someone stole your creation?” |
We are automatically suspicious when a web site is registered anonymously like this one is. The real owner does not want anyone to know who they are. Why is that? What are they really hiding? Like the other sites we discuss, we consider myfreecopyright.com to be a fraud. |
How does the MyFreeCopyright.com process work? |
What is wrong with this picture? It makes someone believe they have something protected when in fact it is not. US copyright law requires something be
registered with the US Copyright Office, or the registration refused by the
US Copyright Office, before someone can go into court to protect their copyright. This registration process is bogus and offers no protection.
FYI - we have not found a single case where a copyright registration has been refused and the party won their infringement case. |

In an effort to provide a balanced view, we make the following offer to anyone who feels they have been wrongly accused on this web site. If you, or your company, have been referenced on these pages, and you would like the chance to post a rebuttal, we will post your rebuttal (provided it is in good taste) so others can read it. However, we will not alter the content (unless there is offensive material to be removed). We also reserve the right to comment on any rebuttal received.
