Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I observed an article on the aol homepage called 'a feast for your eyes' by Carolyn Brundage on 07/17/2007. Being over 50 and feeling like I needed a little bit of a 'lift' without surgery, I became interested in her article. Considering it was head-lined on aol I assumed it was credible. ( I have a copy of the article on her sales-pitch on freeze24-7.com). She presents the anti-aging eye serum product as fact that 'it's got quite a to-do list, including 'minimizing crow's feet, fine lines and wrinkles, plus banishing dark circles and under eye puffiness'. She does not use any suggestive words such as 'may help' or any other ambiguous language to ascertain that it might not help. I decided to go to the freeze 24-7 website she provided. Again, they presented their product just as Carolyn Brundage did in her article. After reading all the 'real-life' customer satisfaction reports, I decided to try the anti-wrinkle cream for $115.00, anti-aging eye serum for $105.00 and the plump lips ice sticks for $24.00.

Even the top of the order form states 'instant gratification'. I believed it would be worth the price. I was so excited to try these products, that I decided to go with the 'next-day' shipping for an additional $21.95 which I paid, but did not receive the items until the second day. I sent 2 e-mails to them regarding that issue, but have yet to receive a response. Well, as you probably guessed by now, I paid $265.00 for a worthless product that did nothing for me. I've been scammed! and I don't want anyone else to waste their money. I want to warn other people that there are NO REFUNDS! Any company that does not offer some kind of customer satisfaction is not worth dealing with. Had I known this, I would not have ordered from them. *note. I found the website for rip-off-report.com, as I was searching for a customer complaint website. The other website mentions that there aren't any complaints filed on rip-off-report.com. However, 50% of the people that have tried freeze 24-7 have been dissatisfied with the product.
