comments: Please post (without editing?) this rebuttal That you claim "we will post your rebuttal (provided it is in good taste)" I'm not sure if the catch is "The rebuttal must be submitted in a format that can easily be converted into HTML". This relies on your ability to convert this form email since there appears no other way to electronically contact you.

The comment you have regarding the filmstrip header on the top of our pages at truelegends.com is not accurate and is based on an incorrect assumption. The film strip is a series of pictures of the postcards that have been available on truelegends.com for sale. The header is an advertisement that shows products for sale.

Furthermore, your assumption that the header was changed to the Fun Fabrics header located on funfabrics.com is also incorrect. The header at truelegends.com is still as is has been in the past and funfabrics.com is a new site to sell fabric. The notice on our pages that state "All Licensed Fabric is for personal use only, Please do not ask to buy from us if your intention is to make a product for profit" is on the page through a request and agreement with our suppliers.
