Our Comments
Look at the terms they use. Pollie Gautsch has "extensive experience in corporate legal work" but they don't say for how long, how much is "extensive", and for whom she toiled to get this experience. She began as a "trademark specialist" (read general flunky or "get me some more coffee will you, Hon?") and "transitioned" (??got fired and found a new job because coffee was too difficult??) to a biotech firm? Sounds like she got fired there as well and only Upper Deck was desperate enough to hire her. The second paragraph sounds like resume enhancement straight out of some sort of manual. If she was doing all of that, and apparently very valuable to Upper Deck, why did she leave Upper Deck to start some dinky-assed small law firm that lies to people about trademark infringement? We think she's lying about how important she was. She certainly lied to us about not being with De Novo Legal any more. We have not heard any complaints about G & A Legal. |
