This will be limited to designers residing outside the USA, unless the designer in the USA has registered their trademark or artwork of their trademark first and has a registation number. Those of us who live outdide the USA do not need to have registered the logo or artwork as international law states that the copyright laws of our country are recognised by the USA, and our countries do not require registration to prove ownership of intellectual property.
