Collegiate fabric
Recently I was given several fabrics with university logos on them. I am wondering about making items w/these fabrics and placing them in small stores for sale. Does anyone have any ideas? I am worried about "stepping on the colleges toes" so to speak. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Collegiate fabric
Unfortunately, the licenses for these College products are for personal use only. They are not for resale. Manufacturing of any finished product for resale is not allowed.

Is there any way to get Hancock to offer fabric for different schools. I noticed that various schools in North Carolina were listed, but of course, not East Carolina University. Is there any way to "make things happen" so to speak, and get some representation for ECU? Since they are already licensed to produce for schools within North Carolina, under the licensing agreements that I have read in my day, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to add another state school within NC. Any feedback on what could be done or what I might do to help out this process would be helpful!

re: Collegiate fabric
You cite the "license for this".

Between whom is the license? The college and and manufacturer? Because those are the only one who can sign it and the only one that can be bound by it.

What gives the manufacturer the legal right to extend the license beyond the signing parties?
