The following email was transcribed from the one sent to Maidena Fulford, Assistant General Counsel, at Continental Enterprises. Maidena sports the fancy title of Assistant General Counsel, which we assume means she licks Darlene Seymour's boots after bringing her coffee.

On the matter of using the statement "extended settlement offers" I assume you or your company is willing to make a deal of some sort? I would be willing to send a check in the amount of the funds sold for the stickers even though I don't think our stickers were infringing any copyright since the got Jack Daniel's sticker as I found out was not referencing the Jack Daniel's company and the Jack Morman stickers falls under section 107 of the US Copyright Act.
