We strictly enforce its intellectual property rights, including its trademarks, service marks and copyrights against unauthorized users. Counterfeit, repackaged and tampered products are also finding their way to the marketplace through unauthorized distribution channels. These products are turning up in discount retail stores as well as internet market venues and carry a serious liability to Freeze 24-7 International LLC, as well as to the seller.

The seller had emailed Freeze 24-7 asking why the auctions were terminated, stating, "I used my own pictures, my description, items are not counterfeit (I can prove it with receipts). Freeze 24-7 appears to have its share of complaints and unfavorable reviews. RipoffReport.com has one from a woman from Arvada, Colorado who was very unhappy with them. And there are more. However, Freeze 24-7 isn't in the Tabberone Trademark & Copyright Abusers' Hall Of Shame because of their over-priced crappy product. They are in the Hall Of Shame because they are terminating perfectly lawful sales of their over-priced crappy product.
