"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing"
Edmund Burke

In a fit of pique, Andrea Poole, AdorableDecor / TinyTotsNTeens, began a "blog" called The Tabberone Chronicles. Here she could rant and rave about Tabberone. She began the blog on Monday, November 5, 2007. The blog began as Part I, Part II, and Part III. She then added a page concerning copyrights followed by a page devoted to a response from Tabberone.

Strangely, later that Monday evening, the blog got pulled and replaced with PAGE HAS BEEN MOVED DUE TO LITIGATION message that also stated:

"Moved our page due to a pending litigation lawsuit against Tabberone for copyright infringement, defamation of character, OPSEC violations and image theft filed today November 5, 2007 with our military JAG representation."

The next morning, Tuesday, the banner was the same but the message had been changed slightly to:

"Moved our page due to a pending litigation lawsuit against Tabberone for copyright infringement, defamation of character, OPSEC violations and image theft filed today November 5, 2007...case involves unauthorized use of our trademarked name and photos, OPSEC violation includes: email addresses of military/government employees, location and position."

We eagerly await receiving this lawsuit.

Because of the defamatory statements she made on the blog, we sent her our own cease and desist demand on November 19, 2007. Many of her statements on her were factually unsupported. She received the cease & desist on Friday, November 23, 2007. She had another temper tantrum as evidenced by the first email she sent to us on November 23, 2007 soon followed by a second email the same day..

Seems Mr Adora-BullDecor, Brandon Poole of the US Navy, has decided to personally get involved in the issue. In an email he sent on December 26, 2007, he makes very similar wild claims like his wife:
  • we are stressing out his wife (who has done nothing to us)
  • we are "slandering" Andrea and their business on our "hateful website"
  • we have posted false information and phony emails
  • we have posted information about his employement and where they live
  • we have posted photos of his youngest daughter
  • we will be responsible for damages and loss of wages
  • we have cause Andrea to have hypertension and heart problems, ulcers and panic attacks
  • we will be responsible for damages and medical costs
  • and if by January 18, 2008 when he returns from "an underway", we have not removed all of the offending material from the web site, he will begin legal proceedings
We were so-o-o frightened we almost didn't ger our response to him the same day.

Brandon, may we call you Brandon? Why is Andrea stressed out? From the tone of her emails she is in complete control. Perhaps she is stressed because she knows deep inside she was ( and still is in our opinion) infringing and she's being publicly attacked? From the emails we've seen from the two of you, and her feedbacks, the two of you need anger management classes.

Do you really want to take a chance in court by placing your wife on the witness stand? Read her emails, what she said on her blog, and the feedbacks. She will not be a good witness for you.
